Customized vents for ventilation system of vehicles.
The vent is assembled with 12 components (aluminum parts, plastic parts, spring parts, etc).
The raw material is 1.6mm aluminum.
The surface treamt can be black power coating, white power coating, brown power coating per customer requirment.
The dimension (L*W) is range from 216mm*165mm to 280mm*203mm.
A assembly team with 12~20 workers are experienced and high-efficiency.
ACRO design the tooling / dies per customer drawing, make the toolings / dies in our own workshop, then make the production.
We can provide the support in the manufacturing feasibility analysis processs and modify the toolings per the customer requirement or production usage purpose.
